The Calgary Daily Herald, August 8, 1914, page 3 ROBERTSON--The remains of the late Mrs. D. R. Robertson, who died in Red Deer [sic], Alta., on August 7th, will arrive in Calgary Saturday evening and will be removed to Graham & Thompson's parlors, 611 Centre street. Time of funeral is not yet known but may be found out from Graham & Thompson, Ltd., funeral directors. Interment will be made in Union cemetery.

On Sunday, August 8th [sic], 1914, Mrs. Katherine Roberts[on], of Rocky Mountain House, who was being brought to the Memorial Hospital at Red Deer, died from child birth while on the journey. The deceased was only twenty-seven years of age, and leaves behind her husband and three small children. The body was brought to Stone's parlors and shipped to Calgary for burial on Saturday night.
